Lace purchased from our catalogue can only be returned when the order quantity is 5 yards or more. Orders below 5 yards are final sale because short lengths are cut to measure and cannot be restocked reliably.

Ready-made handmade tassels can be returned when they arrive unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
Please reach out through our contact page with your order details before returning handmade tassels so we can guide you through the process.
Custom handmade tassels are made to your agreed size, colour and finish.Custom tassels cannot be returned or exchanged once the design is approved.
We do not make custom laces. Lace collections are supplied from approved stock ranges only. Custom briefs apply to tassels, not to lace yardage.
Yarn, knitting needles and accessories may be eligible for return when they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. Opened, used, altered or incomplete items may not be eligible for return.
